అగ్నివీర్ (Agniveer) మెట్రిక్ రిక్రూట్ (MR), సీనియర్ సెకండరీ రిక్రూట్ (SSR) ప్రకటనలను భారత నౌకాదళం రిలీజ్ చేసింది. టెన్త్, ఇంటర్మీడియట్ అర్హతతో నోటిఫికేషన్ రిలీజ్ అయింది. ఈ రెండు పోస్టులకు మహిళలు కూడా అప్లయ్ చేసుకోడానికి అవకాశం ఇచ్చారు.
రెండు దశల్లో నిర్వహించే పరీక్షలు, ఫిజికల్, మెడికల్ టెస్టులతో అగ్నివీర్ లను నియమిస్తారు. సెలక్ట్ అయిన వారు ట్రైనింగ్ తో కలిపి నాలుగేళ్లు నేవీలో సేవలు అందించవచ్చు. తర్వాత వీళ్ళల్లో 25 శాతం మందిని శాశ్వత ఉద్యోగంలోకి తీసుకుంటారు. మిగిలిన వారికి Financial Benefits ఇచ్చి పంపుతారు.
ఏటా రెండుసార్లు Indian Navy Agniveer SSR, MR పోస్టులకు ప్రకటనలు విడుదల చేస్తోంది. నౌకాదళంలో కొలువులు పొందాలని అనుకునేవారు అగ్నివీర్ ద్వారా తమ ఆశయం నెరవేర్చుకోవచ్చు. అర్హతలు ఉన్నవారు రెండు పరీక్షలకూ విడి విడిగా అప్లయ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. ఇవి శాశ్వత ఉద్యోగాలు కావు. అయినా అగ్నివీర్ గా ఎంపికైన ప్రతి నలుగురిలో ఒకరికి మాత్రం పర్మినెంట్ ఎంప్లాయీ హోదా దక్కుతుంది. SSR, MR పోస్టుల్లో దేనికి ఎంపికైనా నాలుగేళ్లు ఉద్యోగంలో కొనసాగుతారు. అందుకోసం వాళ్ళకి సేవానిధి ప్యాకేజీ అందిస్తారు.
పదో తరగతి, ఇంటర్ అర్హతతో పోస్టులు భర్తీ చేస్తున్నా… ఈ రెండింటిలో ఏ ఉద్యోగానికి సెలక్ట్ అయినా వేతనం, ఇతర ప్రయోజనాలు అన్నీ సమానంగా ఉంటాయి. ఏడాదికి 30 సెలవులు ఉంటాయి. ఆరోగ్య సమస్యను బట్టి సిక్ లీవ్ ఇస్తారు. నాలుగేళ్ల సర్వీస్ లో ఉన్నప్పుడు Risk & Hardship, Ration, Dress, Travel Allowances అందిస్తారు.
నాలుగేళ్లపాటు రూ.48 లక్షల Life Insurance భద్రత కల్పిస్తారు. చివరలో అగ్ని వీర్ స్కిల్ సర్టిఫికెట్ ఇస్తారు. అగ్నివీర్ గా పనిచేసి 4యేళ్ళ తర్వాత బయటకు వెళ్ళినవారు కార్పొరేట్ సంస్థల్లో Security wings లో పోస్టుల్లో తీసుకునే అవకాశాలు పెరుగుతాయి. ఇప్పటికే కొన్ని సంస్థలు అగ్నివీరులకు ఎంపికలో ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తామని కూడా ప్రకటించాయి. Agniveer లు ఒకవేళ Self Employment / Entrepreneur గా ఏదైనా కొత్త బిజినెస్, సంస్థలు స్టార్ట్ చేయాలి అనుకుంటే బ్యాంకుల నుంచి లోన్లు కూడా మంజూరవుతాయి.
Agniver Monthly Packages:
First Year : Rs. 30,000
Second Year : Rs.33,000
Third Year : Rs.36,500,
4th Year : Rs.40,000
సేవానిధి:
ప్రతి నెలా అగ్నివీర్ లకు ఇచ్చే మొత్తంలో 30 శాతం Carpus Fund కి జమచేస్తారు. అంటే First Year ప్రతి నెలా తీసుకునే 30 వేల నుంచి 9 వేల రూపాయల దాకా మినహాయిస్తారు. అంటే First Year వరకూ Agniveerలు రూ.21వేలు నెలకు తీసుకుంటారు. రెండో ఏడాది రూ.23,100 వేతనం అందుతుంది. ఇందులో 9, 9 వందల రూపాయలను నిధిలో జమ చేస్తారు. మూడో ఏడాది రూ.25,550 చేతికి వస్తుంది. రూ.10,950 నిధికి వెళ్తుంది. నాలుగో ఏడాదిలో వీరునికి రూ.28 వేలు ఇస్తారు. కార్పస్ ఫండ్ కి రూ.12 వేలు వెళ్తాయి. మొత్తం నాలుగేళ్లల్లో సేవానిధిలో రూ.5.02 లక్షలు అగ్నివీరుని నుంచి పోగవుతుంది. అంతే మొత్తాన్ని ప్రభుత్వం కూడా ఇస్తుంది. అంటే మొత్తం రూ. 10.04 లక్షలు. దీనికి వడ్డీని కలిపి అగ్నివీరునికి అందిస్తారు. దాదాపు రూ.11. 71 లక్షలు అగ్నివీర్ బయటకు వచ్చే టైమ్ కి అందిస్తారు. దీనిపై ఎలాంటి ట్యాక్సులు ఉండవు.
ఆన్ లైన్ అప్లికేషన్లు : MR, SSR రెండు పోస్టులకు మే 27 వరకూ దరఖాస్తులు స్వీకరిస్తారు.
ఎగ్జామ్ ఫీజు : MR, SSR ఒక్కోదానికి GST తో కలిపి రూ.649 చెల్లించాలి.

Agni Veer in Indian Navy: Invitation to Agni Veer… Notification release in Navy
Indian Navy has released Agniveer Matric Recruit (MR) and Senior Secondary Recruit (SSR) Notifications. Notification has been released with Tenth and Intermediate qualification. Women are also given the opportunity to apply for these two posts.
Agnivirs are appointed through two-stage tests, physical and medical tests. Those who are selected can serve in Navy for four years along with training. Later, 25 percent of them will be hired for permanent employment. The rest will be given financial benefits.
Twice a year Indian Navy releases advertisements for Agniveer SSR, MR posts. Those who want to get ranks in the navy can fulfill their ambition through Agniveer. Eligible candidates can apply for both the exams separately. These are not permanent jobs. However, only one out of every four people selected as Agniveer gets the status of permanent employee. Those selected for any of the SSR and MR posts will continue in the job for four years. For that, they will be provided a sevanidhi package.
Even if the posts are being filled with 10th class and inter qualification, the salary and other benefits will be the same regardless of whether you are selected for any of these two jobs. There are 30 holidays in a year. Sick leave is given depending on the health problem. Risk & Hardship, Ration, Dress, Travel Allowances are provided during four years of service.
Rs.48 lakh Life Insurance will be provided for four years. At the end Agni Veer Skill Certificate will be given. Those who leave after 4 years of working as Agniveer, the chances of getting posts in Security wings in corporate organizations will increase. Some organizations have already announced that they will give preference to firemen in selection. If Agniveers want to start any new business or organization as Self Employment/Entrepreneur, loans from banks are also sanctioned.

Service Fund:
30 percent of the amount given to firemen every month is deposited to the Carpus Fund. That means Rs 30,000 to Rs 9,000 taken every month for the first year will be exempted. That means Agniveers will take Rs. 21 thousand per month till the first year. In the second year, the salary will be Rs. 23,100. Of this, 9, 9 hundred rupees will be deposited in the fund. In the third year, Rs. 25,550 will be received. 10,950 will go to the fund. In the fourth year, the winner will be given Rs.28 thousand. 12 thousand will go to corpus fund. In total, Rs.5.02 lakhs will be paid from Agniveer in service fund in four years. The government will also give the same amount. That means a total of Rs. 10.04 lakhs. Interest is added to this and given to Agniveera. Around Rs.11. 71 lakhs will be given at the time of Agniveer’s exit. There are no taxes on this.
Online Applications: Applications will be accepted till May 27 for both MR and SSR posts.
Exam Fee : MR, SSR should pay Rs.649 inclusive of GST each.
