1) Telugu Academy material waste ? which are the best?
The unemployed candidates got confused with the affidavit given by the Telangana Public Service Commission to the court that the Group 1 Mains Exam is still 10 days away. Candidates are relying on Telugu Academy books for TGPSC and other competitive exams from united Andhra Pradesh till now. They are believed to be standard. Especially books like Telangana history, movement and geography are in full demand. But in the affidavit submitted by the TGPSC to the High Court, it has commented that the Telugu Academy books are not standard… they are publishing without any research. The petitioners who pointed out the mistakes in the Group.1 Prelims Final Key and referred the Telugu Academy books for the correct answers. The unemployed were confused as the TGPSC officials made false allegations against the Telugu Academy books.
2) Legal disputes
Jio No. in Group 1 Jobs. After the implementation of 29, there was confusion regarding reservations. Candidates who were previously qualified due to this JV are subsequently disqualified. With this decision taken by the government in the midst of recruitment, there is fear among the unemployed candidates. However, there are arguments going on in the Telangana High Court. The court will deliver its final verdict on November 20, 2024. Group 1 results were ordered to be released subject to that final verdict. Candidates fear that if the court verdict goes against GO 29, there is a chance of canceling the exams again. As it happened in 2011, it is said that Group 1 is in danger again. They are questioning why group 1 mains will be conducted without resolving the cancellation of Jio 29.
3) Will reservation rights be revoked?
The candidates are alleging that the Telangana government is abrogating their rights under Articles 15 and 16 by implementing JVO 29. They are angry that the rights granted to them by the constitution are being violated. SC, ST, BC, EWS candidates who previously qualified for Group 1 Mains as per JEO 55… are disqualified due to JEO 29. They say this is a violation of fundamental rights.
4) Stress and mental anxiety in candidates
Many candidates are under a lot of stress due to these agitations going on for the Group 1 Exams for the past few days. Mentally very worried. With that, the candidates who had prepared sincerely until recently and were confident that they would get a guaranteed job, were left in the dark. On the one hand, candidates’ sit-ins, on the other hand, in court cases, and on the other hand, the TGPSC’s announcements that Telugu Academy books are waste, there was an atmosphere of tension.
