ఈ పరీక్షలో Success అవ్వాలంటే Preparation Plan పక్కాగా నిర్దేశించుకుని దాన్ని అమలు చేయాలి. దీని కోసం నాలుగు ముఖ్యమైన విషయాలు పాటించాలి.
1) పరీక్షపై అవగాహన
2) ప్రిపరేషన్‌కు సమయ ప్రణాళిక
3) టాపిక్స్ ప్రాధాన్యం
4) టెస్ట్‌లు రాయడం
పరీక్షపై అవగాహన
అభ్యర్థులు పరీక్షపై పూర్తి అవగాహన పెంచుకోవాలి. ప్రిలిమ్స్, మెయిన్స్ పరీక్షలో ఉండే సబ్జెక్టులు వాటిలోని ప్రశ్నల సంఖ్య, టైమ్ మొదలైన వాటిని తెలుసుకోవాలి. అప్పుడే వివిధ సబ్జెక్టుల్లో ప్రతీ ప్రశ్నకు ఉండే సమయం, మార్కులు తెలుస్తాయి. వాటి ప్రాధాన్యం అర్థమవుతుంది.
ప్రిపరేషన్‌కు టైమ్ ప్లాన్
ప్రిలిమ్స్ పరీక్ష ఆగస్టు 24,25,31 తేదీల్లో ఉంది. దాదాపు 50 రోజుల సమయాన్ని సరిగ్గా ప్లాన్ చేసుకోవాలి. రోజుకు కనీసం 12-15 గంటల సమయం ప్రిపరేషన్‌కు కేటాయించాలి. ఆప్టిట్యూడ్, రీజనింగ్, ఇంగ్లిష్, కరెంట్‌ అఫైర్స్‌లకు ఇదే వరుసలో 4:3:2:1 నిష్పత్తిలో రోజువారీ సమయాన్ని కేటాయించుకోవాలని నిపుణులు చెబుతున్నారు. రాబోయే నెల రోజుల్లో సబ్జెక్టుల్లోని టాపిక్స్ అన్నీ పూర్తిచేయాలి. ఆ తర్వాత ప్రశ్నలను స్పీడ్ గా సాల్వ్ చేయడంపై దృష్టిపెట్టాలి.
టాపిక్స్ ప్రాధాన్యం
వివిధ సబ్జెక్టుల్లో పరీక్షలో వచ్చే ప్రశ్నల సంఖ్యను బట్టి టాపిక్స్ ప్రాధాన్యాన్ని గుర్తించాలి. గతంలో జరిగిన పరీక్షల పేపర్లను గమనిస్తే ఇది అర్థమవుతుంది. ఆ ప్రాధాన్యాన్ని అనుసరించి ముందుగా ఎక్కువ ప్రశ్నలు వచ్చే ఆయా టాపిక్స్‌ను పూర్తి చేయాలి. ఆపై మిగిలిన టాపిక్స్ నేర్చుకోవాలి. ఏ టాపిక్‌నూ వదిలేయకూడదు.
టెస్ట్‌లు రాయడం
సబ్జెక్టుల్లోని టాపిక్స్ నేర్చుకున్న తర్వాత ఆ టాపిక్‌కు సంబంధించిన వివిధ తరహాల్లో ఉండే ప్రశ్నల టెస్ట్‌లకు టైమ్ కేటాయించుకొని రాయాలి. టాపిక్స్ అన్నీ పూర్తయ్యాక సెక్షన్ల వారీగా ఆపై పరీక్ష మోడల్‌ పేపర్లను ప్రతి రోజూ ప్రాక్టీస్ చేయాలి. దాంతో టైమ్ కి ప్రశ్నలను పూర్తి చేయడం అలవాటవుతుంది. IBPS ఎగ్జామ్స్ కి టైమింగ్ పాటించడం చాలా ముఖ్యం. అలాగే వివిధ సబ్జెక్టులు టాపిక్స్‌లో అభ్యర్థులకు ఉండే ఇబ్బందులు తెలుస్తాయి. వాటిని అధిగమిస్తూ. మళ్ళీ ప్రిపేర్ అవడానికి అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.
ఏయే సబ్జెక్టుల్లో ఏ టాపిక్స్ ముఖ్యం?

క్వాంటిటేటివ్‌ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్/ న్యూమరికల్‌ ఎబిలిటీ: సింప్లిఫికేషన్స్‌ (10-12 ప్రశ్నలు), నంబర్‌ సిరీస్‌ (5), క్వాడ్రాటిక్‌ ఈక్వేషన్స్‌ (5), డేటా ఇంటర్‌ప్రిటేషన్‌ (5-10), అరిథ్‌మెటిక్‌ ప్రశ్నలు (10-12).
అరిథ్‌మెటిక్‌లో పర్సంటేజి, యావరేజి, ప్రాబ్లమ్స్‌ ఆన్‌ ఏజెస్, రేషియో-ప్రపోర్షన్, ప్రాఫిట్‌-లాస్, డిస్కౌంట్స్, టైమ్-వర్క్, పైప్స్‌-సిస్టర్న్, టైమ్-డిస్టెన్స్, ప్రాబ్లమ్స్‌ ఆన్‌ ట్రైన్స్, బోట్స్‌-స్టీమ్స్, ఎలిగేషన్‌ – మిక్చర్స్, మెన్సురేషన్, పర్ముటేషన్‌-కాంబినేషన్, ప్రాబబిలిటీల నుంచి తప్పనిసరిగా ప్రశ్నలు వస్తాయి.
రీజనింగ్: సీటింగ్‌ అరేంజ్మెంట్ అండ్‌ పజిల్స్‌ (15-20 ప్రశ్నలు), బ్లడ్‌ రిలేషన్స్‌ (3-5), కోడింగ్‌-డీకోడింగ్‌ (5), డైరెక్షన్స్‌ (3-4), ఆర్డర్‌-ర్యాంకింగ్‌ (2-3), ఆల్ఫా-న్యూమరికల్‌ సిరీస్‌ (3-4), ఇన్‌ ఈక్వాలిటీస్‌ ప్రశ్నలు (5). ఇంకా లాజికల్‌/ఎనలిటికల్‌ రీజనింగ్ టాపిక్స్ అయిన స్టేట్‌మెంట్స్, ఇన్‌పుట్‌-అవుట్‌పుట్, డెసిషన్‌ మేకింగ్‌ మొదలైనవి మెయిన్స్‌లో ఉంటాయి.
ఇంగ్లిష్: దీనిలో ముఖ్యంగా గ్రామర్‌ ఆధార ప్రశ్నలు (సెంటెన్స్‌ రీ అరేంజ్మెంట్, ఎర్రర్‌ ఫైండింగ్, సెంటెన్స్‌ కరెక్షన్, క్లోజ్‌ టెస్ట్, ఫిల్లర్స్‌ మొదలైనవి), కాంప్రహెన్షన్, ఒకాబ్యులరీ ప్రశ్నలు వస్తాయి.
జనరల్‌ అవేర్‌నెస్‌: దీనికోసం గత 6 నెలల కరెంట్‌ అఫైర్స్‌ను జాగ్రత్తగా గమనించాలి. ఆర్థిక, బ్యాంకింగ్‌ సంబంధిత ప్రశ్నలు ఎక్కువ. దీనితోపాటు ముఖ్యమైన జాతీయ/ అంతర్జాతీయ దినోత్సవాలు, ముఖ్యమైన ప్రదేశాలు, వ్యక్తులు, అంతర్జాతీయ సంస్థలు, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలు, ఆర్‌బీఐ మొదలైన వాటిని బాగా చూసుకోవాలి.
ఉమ్మడి ప్రిపరేషన్‌
ప్రిలిమ్స్, మెయిన్స్ పరీక్షలు రెండింటికీ కలిపే ఉమ్మడిగా ప్రిపేర్ అవ్వాలి. మెయిన్స్‌లో ఉండే సబ్జెక్టులే ప్రిలిమ్స్‌లో ఉంటాయి. అందువల్ల పెద్ద కష్టం కాదు. ప్రతీ రోజూ అన్ని సబ్జెక్టులనూ కవర్‌ చేయాలి. అభ్యర్థులు నిరంతరం తమ సన్నద్ధత అనుకున్న విధంగా కొనసాగుతోందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేసుకోవాలి.

IBPS Clerks 2024: How to Prepare for Clerk Jobs? Syllabus, Prelims, Mains Details
In order to be successful in this exam, the preparation plan should be well defined and implemented. For this four important things should be followed.
1) Awareness of the exam
2) Time planning for preparation
3) Priority of topics
4) Writing tests
Awareness of the exam
Candidates should have thorough understanding of the exam. Subjects appearing in prelims and mains examination should know the number of questions, time etc. Only then the time and marks for each question in different subjects will be known. Their importance is understandable.
Time plan for preparation
The prelims exam is on August 24, 25, 31. About 50 days should be planned properly. At least 12-15 hours a day should be devoted to preparation. Experts say that daily time should be allocated to Aptitude, Reasoning, English and Current Affairs in the same order in the ratio of 4:3:2:1. All the topics in the subjects should be completed in the next month. After that focus on solving the questions quickly.
Topics are preferred
Topics should be prioritized according to the number of questions appearing in the examination in different subjects. This can be understood by looking at the previous exam papers. Follow that priority and complete the topics with the highest number of questions first. Then learn the rest of the topics. No topic should be left out.
Writing tests
After learning the topics in the subjects, time should be allotted for the tests of different types of questions related to that topic. After completing all the topics section wise then practice exam model papers daily. That makes it a habit to complete the questions on time. Timing is very important for IBPS Exams. Also the difficulties faced by the candidates in different subject topics will be known. Overcoming them. There will be a chance to prepare again.
Which topics are important in which subjects?
Some important topics that will be covered in the exam are:
Quantitative Aptitude/ Numerical Ability: Simplifications (10-12 Questions), Number Series (5), Quadratic Equations (5), Data Interpretation (5-10), Arithmetic Questions (10-12).
In Arithmetic Percentage, Average, Problems on Ages, Ratio-Proportion, Profit-Loss, Discounts, Time-Work, Pipes-Cistern, Time-Distance, Problems on Trains, Boats-Steams, Elegation – Mixtures, Mensuration, Permutation-Combination, Probabilities Questions must come from.
Reasoning: Seating Arrangement and Puzzles (15-20 Questions), Blood Relations (3-5), Coding-Decoding (5), Directions (3-4), Order-Ranking (2-3), Alpha-Numerical Series (3 -4), Inequalities questions (5). Also logical/analytical reasoning topics such as statements, input-output, decision making etc. will be in mains.
English: It mainly consists of Grammar Basic Questions (Sentence Rearrangement, Error Finding, Sentence Correction, Close Test, Fillers etc.), Comprehension, Vocabulary questions.
General Awareness: For this one should carefully observe the current affairs of the last 6 months. Financial and banking related questions are more. Along with this, important national/ international days, important places, people, international organizations, central government schemes, RBI etc. should be well looked after.
Joint preparation
Prepare for both prelims and mains exams together. Prelims are the same subjects as mains. So it is not a big problem. All subjects should be covered every day. Candidates should constantly check whether their preparation is progressing as planned.
