ప్రస్తుతం తెలంగాణలో గ్రూప్ 1 ప్రిలిమ్స్ పూర్తయింది. మెయిన్స్ జరగాల్సి ఉంది. నిరుద్యోగుల డిమాండ్ మేరకు గ్రూప్ 2ని డిసెంబర్ కు వాయిదా వేసింది ప్రభుత్వం..  గ్రూప్ 3 కూడా దాదాపుగా అప్పుడే జరిగే అవకాశం ఉంది.  అసెంబ్లీలో ప్రవేశపెట్టే జాబ్ కేలండర్ తో ఈ గ్రూప్ 2, గ్రూప్ 2 లో పోస్టుల సంఖ్య ఎంత పెరుగుతాయి… ఎగ్జామ్ డేట్స్ పై కొంత వరకూ అవగాహన వచ్చే ఛాన్సుంది. 2 లక్షల ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీ చేస్తామని కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ఎన్నికల ప్రచారంలో హామీ ఇచ్చింది. అందుకు అనుగుణంగా ప్రతి యేటా మార్చిలో ఉద్యోగాల్లో ఖాళీలను సేకరించి… డిసెంబర్ 9 లోపు నియామకాలు పూర్తి చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకుంది.

గ్రూప్‌-1 కోసం ప్రిపేర్ అయ్యే అభ్యర్థులు కొన్ని లక్షణాలు అలవాటు చేసుకుంటే ఖచ్చితంగా విజయం సాధించే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.

‣ వివిధ విషయాలను విశ్లేషించగలిగిన సామర్థ్యం ఉండాలి. ముఖ్యంగా గ్రూప్ 1 మెయిన్స్ లో ఇది చాలా అవసరం అవుతుంది.

‣ స్టాటిస్టిక్స్ మీద అవగాహన పెంచుకోవాలి… సరైన సందర్భాల్లో వాటిని తిరిగి ఉపయోగించగలాలి.

‣ చక్కగా, అర్థమయ్యేలా రాసే నేర్పు. చక్కని దస్తూరీ ఉండాల్సిందే. కంప్యూటర్ టైపింగ్ కి అలవాటు పడి… చాలామంది రాయడమే మర్చిపోయారు. రాయడం ప్రాక్టీస్ చేయాలి.

‣ రాత పరీక్షలో అడిగే వివిధ రకాలైన ప్రశ్నలను అర్థం చేసుకొని… వాళ్ళ ఆలోచనలకు తగ్గట్టుగా సమాధానాలు రాసే నైపుణ్యం అలవాటు చేసుకోవాలి.

‣ సొంతంగా నోట్సు తయారు చేసుకోవడం. ఇది గ్రూప్ 1 అభ్యర్థులకే కాదు… అందరికీ వర్తిస్తుంది.

‣ ఎంతమంది అయినా పోటీ పడనీయండి… వాళ్ళని ఎదుర్కొనగలిగిన ఆత్మవిశ్వాసం, ఉత్సాహం ఉండాలి. పాజిటివ్ దృక్పథంతో ముందుకెళ్ళాలి.

‣ ఒక్క ఏడాదిలోనే ఉద్యోగం వస్తుంది అనుకుంటే పొరపాటు. దీర్ఘకాలికింగా మనం ప్రిపేర్ అవ్వాలంటే అందుకు తగినట్టుగా… మెటీరియల్ సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలి. ముఖ్యంగా రిఫరెన్స్ బుక్స్, అకాడమీ బుక్స్ తో ఫండమెంటల్స్ దగ్గర నుంచి ప్రిపరేషన్ మొదలుపెట్టారు.

‣ ఒక విషయాన్ని విస్తృతంగా అంటే అనాలసిస్ చేసి రాయగలగాలి… అలాగే దాన్ని క్లుప్తంగా కూడా రాయలగాలి. ఈ రెండు సామర్థ్యాలను అభ్యర్థి అలవాటు చేసుకోవాలి.

‣ ప్రతి రోజు, వారం, నెల, సంవత్సరం వారీగా టైమ్ టేబుల్ ఉండాల్సిందే. టైమ్ ప్రకారం చదవాలి… ఆ ఎగ్జామ్ ని కొట్టేదాకా సహనం, ఓపిక తప్పనిసరిగా ఉండాలి.
వీటిలో ఏ ఒక్క అలవాటు లేదంటే లక్షణం లేకపోయినా మీ సక్సెస్ మీద ప్రభావం పడుతుంది.

గ్రూప్‌-2 ఆఫీసర్ అవ్వాలంటే 

ఇది ఆబ్జెక్టివ్‌ పరీక్ష విధానం. అందువల్ల చాలామంది అభ్యర్థులు గ్రూప్ 2 పైన ఉత్సాహం చూపిస్తారు. గ్రూప్‌-2ని పకడ్బందీగా చదివితే గ్రూప్‌-3, ఇతర పరీక్షల్లో జనరల్‌ స్టడీస్‌ ని అవలీలగా కొట్టేయొచ్చు. అందుకే చాలామంది గ్రూప్‌-2 పరీక్షపై ఇంట్రెస్ట్ చూపిస్తారు. గ్రూప్‌-2లో సక్సెస్ కావాలంటే ఈ లక్షణాలు మస్ట్ గా ఉండాల్సిందే.

‣ చిన్న చిన్న అంశాల నుంచి పెద్ద పెద్ద విషయాల దాకా విస్తృతంగా స్టడీ చేయాలి. ఎందుకంటే ఏ మూల నుంచి ఎలాంటి బిట్ వచ్చినా రాయగలిగి ఉండాలి.

‣ తెలుగు అకాడమీ స్పెషల్ బుక్స్, యూనివర్సిటీల ఇంటర్, బీఏ పుస్తకాలు, ప్రభుత్వ అధికారిక ప్రచురణలు, వెబ్‌సైట్ల నుంచి సోర్స్ సేకరించాలి. పేపర్ల వారీగా, చాప్టర్ల వారీగా, అంశాల వారీగా చదవడం అలవాటు చేసుకోవాలి.

‣ గ్రూప్‌-1 పరీక్షలో విశ్లేషణతో రాయాలి. కానీ గ్రూప్‌-2 పరీక్షలో సబ్జెక్ట్ నాలెడ్జ్ చాలా అవసరం. అందుకే అవసరమైతే బట్టీ పట్టయినా కొన్ని విషయాలు జ్ఞాపకం పెట్టుకోవాలని నిపుణులు చెబుతుంటారు.

‣ ఎకానమీ లాంటి పేపర్లో స్టాటిస్టిక్స్ బాగా గుర్తుపెట్టుకోవాలి.
