There is a recruitment process ongoing for CRP-CLERK-XIV for the position of clerks regarding which a detailed notification was released on 1st July 2024. A notice has been published by IBPS on 4th November 2024 to rename the Clerk designation nomenclature to Costumer Service Agent (CSA)
This change would be effective from 01.04.2024 as mentioned in the official notification released by IBPS and the ongoing Common Recruitment Process for CRP-Clerks-XIV will now be referred as CRP-CSA-XIV.
Does it change anything for the aspiring bank clerks?
This change will not affect the selection process or job responsibilities for the recruited aspirant except for a change in designation from Clerk to CSA (Costumer Service Associate). The main reason for the shift is expected to enhance costumer satisfaction and loyalty.
