Candidates must upload the following documents during registration:
- Passport-size photograph (20–50 KB, JPEG)
- Signature (10–20 KB, JPEG)
- Thumb impression (20–50 KB, JPEG)
- Handwritten declaration (50–100 KB, JPEG)
- Live photograph via webcam or mobile camera

- Office Assistant: 18–28 years
- Officer Scale I: 18–30 years
- Officer Scale II: 21–32 years
