🎓 What is the Eligibility?
For most of these posts, a graduation degree is mandatory.
For Junior Statistical Officer:
- You need 60% marks in Maths in Intermediate (10+2)
OR - You should have studied Statistics in your degree level.
The age should be between 18 to 30 years as on August 1, 2025. (Age relaxations applicable for reserved categories.)
📅 Important Dates to Remember:
- Last date to apply online: July 4, 2025
- Last date for fee payment: July 5, 2025
- First, you must complete One Time Registration (OTR) – Aadhaar-based registration is easier.
💰 Application Fee:
- General / OBC / EWS – ₹100
- SC / ST / Women / ESM – No fee
📚 SSC CGL Exam Pattern
The SSC CGL exam is conducted in two stages:
✅ Tier-1: (Prelims – CBT)
- 100 questions – 200 marks
- Time: 60 minutes
- Subjects:
- General Intelligence & Reasoning
- General Awareness
- Quantitative Aptitude
- English Comprehension
📌 Negative Marking: 0.5 marks deducted for every wrong answer.
✅ Tier-2: (Main Exam – CBT)
Like other major competitive exams, Tier-2 is the key.
- Paper 1: Quant, English, Reasoning, and Computer Knowledge
- Paper 2: Statistics (for JSO posts only)
- Paper 3: General Studies – Finance & Accounting (for Audit Officer posts)
