Central Power Research Institute Recruitment – 44 Vacancies
The Central Power Research Institute (CPRI), under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, based in Bengaluru, has released a notification for the recruitment of 44 posts. Selected candidates may be posted at any of the institute’s units located in Bhopal, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Nashik, Noida, Kolkata, Guwahati, or Rampur.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Scientific Assistant:
- Must have a First Class B.Sc. in Chemistry.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
✅ Engineering Assistant:
- Must have a First Class Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
✅ Technician (Grade-I):
- Should have ITI Trade Certificate in Electrical branch from a recognized institute.
✅ Junior Hindi Translator:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects.
✅ Assistant (Grade-II):
- Must have passed BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA/BBM/BCA with First Class.
✅ Assistant Librarian:
- Should hold a Graduate Degree along with a Diploma in Library Science.
🎂 Age Limit (as on closing date):
- Scientific & Engineering Assistant: Up to 35 years
- Technician (Grade-I): Up to 28 years
- Junior Hindi Translator, Assistant (Grade-II), Assistant Librarian: Not exceeding 30 years
🧪 Selection Process:
- Selection will be based on a Computer-Based Test (CBT).
- For certain posts, there may also be a Skill Test or Trade Test.
