🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✔ Assistant Manager (Technical): Diploma in Electronics/Electronics & Instrumentation or MSc (Electronics) + 5 years of experience.
✔ Deputy Manager – Technical (Network/IP): BE/BTech in Electronics, Telecom, Computer Science, IT, or MCA + 2 years of experience.
✔ Deputy Manager – Technical (Signaling): BE/BTech or BSc (Engineering) in relevant branches + 2 years of experience.
✔ Assistant Manager (Marketing): MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing, Telecom, or IT specialization (No experience required).
✔ Assistant Manager (Finance): MBA/PG Diploma in Finance specialization (No experience required).
🔞 Age Limit
✔ Assistant Manager: 21-28 years (as of June 30, 2025).
✔ Deputy Manager: 21-30 years (as of June 30, 2025).
✔ Relaxations apply as per government norms.
💰 Salary Structure
- Assistant Manager: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month.
- Deputy Manager: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month.

- SC/ST/PWD: ₹600 (Refundable upon exam attendance).
📝 Selection Process
✅ Online Written Test (150 Marks) – 120 minutes, Multiple Choice Questions (No negative marking).
- Technical Subject Questions: 100 Marks
- General Knowledge, Numerical Ability, Reasoning, Aptitude: 50 Marks
✅ Interview (50 Marks) – Candidates shortlisted in a 1:3 ratio.
✅ Medical Examination for final selection.
